1 step:
Choose participation form:
ONLINE or OFFLINE.
Online and offline participants have equal rights.
2 step:
Register your creations by filling in a form in TheCabinet system. After confirmation by the organizing committee, you can proceed to the 3rd stage.
3 step:
Pay a participation fee. All participants are exhibited at the exhibition and published in the catalog.

For authors who are members of the Eurasian Art Union
1) If the author previously participated in the projects "People and Feelings", "Female Image" and "Male Image":
- in an art book (A3) - 900 rubles. (pay)
- in a frame on the wall (50 * 40 cm) - 1200 rubles. (pay)
- on foam board (A3) - 1550 rubles. (pay)
- on foam board (A2) - 1850 rubles. (pay)
- on foam board (A1) - 2450 rubles. (pay)
- on foam board (A0) - 3750 rubles. (pay)
2) If the author has NOT previously participated in the project "People and Feelings", "Female Image" and "Male Image":
- in an art book (A3 - 29 * 42 cm) - 1300 rubles. (pay)
- in a frame on the wall (50 * 40 cm) - 1600 rubles. (pay)
- on foam board (A3) - 1950 rubles. (pay)
- on foam board (A2) - 2250 rubles. (pay)
- on foam board (A1) - 2850 rubles. (pay)
- on foam board (A0) - 4150 rubles. (pay)
1) If the author previously participated in the projects "People and Feelings", "Female Image" and "Male Image":
- art object up to 50 cm on the larger side: 1200 rubles. (pay)
- art object from 51 to 90 cm on the larger side: 1800 rubles. (pay)
- art object from 91 to 130 cm on the larger side: 2400 rubles. (pay)
- art object from 131 to 180 cm on the larger side: 3000 rubles. (pay)
2) If the author has NOT previously participated in the project "People and Feelings", "Female Image" and "Male Image":
- art object up to 50 cm on the larger side: 1500 rubles. (pay)
- art object from 51 to 90 cm on the larger side: 2200 rubles. (pay)
- art object from 91 to 130 cm on the larger side: 2800 rubles. (pay)
- art object from 131 to 180 cm on the larger side: 3400 rubles. (pay)
Transportation from Russia
If the author is unable to bring the paintings to the exhibition on the day of acceptance of the works (February 8, 2021, Gostiny Dvor, Moscow, Ilyinka street, 4), then it is possible to deliver the works in advance to the Organizing Committee (Krymsky Val street, 8/2, office "Union of Artists").
In this case, there is a surcharge for transportation to the exhibition:
- 300 rubles / art object (up to 90 cm on the larger side, including the frame)
- 600 rubles / art object (from 90 cm to 130 cm)
- 950 rubles / art object (from 131 cm to 180 cm).
- 1450 rubles / art object (from 181 cm to 250 cm).
Prices are for one way transportation.
If the author does not pick up the work on the last day of the exhibition, org. the committee will transport the painting to the office for an additional fee, according to the prices indicated above.
Transportation from Belarus (up to 100 cm on the larger side):
- from Minsk to Moscow - 790 Russian rubles or 30 Belarusian rubles / art object / in each direction
At the end of the exhibition, art objects can be stored in the organizing committee for up to 1 week free of charge. In case of storage for more than 1 week - an additional payment of 150 rubles / for the next week.

Transportation from Russia
